Trump won 70% of the vote, with Ron DeSantis in a distant second at 21%. The 45^th president was quick to respond.

After yet another conservative poll shows Trump with a commanding lead, Trump slightly tipped his hand.

He has yet to formally announce a 2024 run, but he said people “are going to be very happy.”

Yes, that points to a very possible Trump return. But it could mean other things.

Regardless of what happens, it’s no secret Trump will continue to be an influential force within the GOP—and the country.

Conservatives highly respect his views and opinions. His endorsements have a tremendous impact on elections.

Even if he doesn’t run, he will have a major role in upcoming elections. His “very happy” comment could suggest a candidate that embraces Trump’s America-First views, but not Trump himself.

But this recent poll should convince, if nobody else, that voters are behind him.

Should he re-enter the presidential race, he is the clear GOP frontrunner.
