Others urged caution. They advised Delaware’s U.S. Attorney, David Weiss, to avoid taking any actions that could alert the public to the existence of the case in the middle of a presidential election.

So… let’s try to get this straight.

Federal prosecutors were investigating Hunter Biden last year. The case progressed to the point where they should have sought warrants and formed a grand jury.

But they refused to do that—because of how it could impact the election.

Hmm… can we count the many “investigations,” stunts, impeachments, and schemes the left openly flaunted over the last few years because they were supposed to influence the 2020 election?
